As a real estate professional and consultant of over 20 years, Alisa is committed to teaching others how to get the most out of owning real estate. Alisa's seminars provide an "up-close and personal approach" to knowing that knowledge is the key to homeownership and wealth. In simple terms, the real estate and mortgage business is transformed into everyday terms in her sessions. Alisa spent several years in corporate real estate, tax liens, foreclosures, credit, and mortgages. In 2000, Alisa became an entrepreneur to pursue her passion educating others about real property, prevention, and recovery methods for homeowners facing financial challenges. After owning multiple properties and receiving property as gifts from family friends, as a result of constant industry changes and challenges to buyers and sellers, Alisa's monthly seminars give participants an opportunity to understand the language of real estate as spoken by industry professionals. The seminars offer three main benefits: 1) the ability to speak the language of real estate; 2) the tools to enter into a home buying or selling transaction; and 3) the key items to know when to stay or walk away from the closing table.

In her career at 48, Alisa is the owner of her consulting firm, A L Smith Group. She is married to James Heath, and is a step-mom of two teenage girls, Jamie and Ashley, and a son, Quay. She is a Realtor and graduate of Indiana State University, Founder of the Georgia Women’s Business Conference and Expos, Member of the DeKalb Board of Realtors, served as Former President of the Georgia Association of Paralegals, and is active in her community. She is an Evangelist, Public Speaker, and Member of Church of the Apostles in Atlanta, GA.
